Refund policy
All full price canvases that are unused and in perfect condition can be returned for full store credit (or 97% to the original form of payment), if the return request is made within seven days of purchase or delivery. Online purchases of acrylic, leather and other accessories must be returned in original, undamanged packaging to be eligible for store credit. To start a return please email us at Ciao@Bargello-Needlepoint.com or call 914-361-1014 within seven days of package delivery. Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a refund to the original payment method, less 3% of the total order value, to cover credit card processing fees. If a tracked online order shows as "delivered" but then goes missing, we cannot offer a refund. The following are not returnable or refundable:
- Special Orders, trunk show and sale canvases
- Canvases with custom painting
- Canvases that have been partially stitched
- Books and fiber
- Shipping charges
