Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders of in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Pre-orders have longer lead times; estimated ship dates are noted on individual product pages when available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately. If you request a fiber kit, our shipping and processing estimate wof 2-3 days resets based on when you pay the fiber invoice that will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if you are not seeing a requested fiber invoice.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. A small handling fee is included in the quoted rate. We ship via UPS and USPS.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Delivery timeframes vary by service level selected at checkout. Expedited options are available where offered by the carrier.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ciao@bargello-needlepoint.com as soon as possible so we can help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue. 

Misdelivered Packages We are not responsible for packages that the carrier misdelivers. Once tracking indicates that a package is delivered, please work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. 

Delivery Address Changes Please be sure your shipping address is correct and verified before submitting your order. If you need to make an address change and your package has not yet shipped, please call and email us asap and we will do our best to make your change. We cannot provide refunds for instances of the customer submitting the incorrect shipping address at checkout.
